CANNED FOOD DRIVE

We are proud to help support the Westside Food Bank with our First Canned Food Drive.  The Westside Food Bank provides food for more than 82,000 local people per year, half of whom are children. 

 Our generous and helpful drivers are proudly donating their time, money and effort to help the Westside Food Bank with our Canned Food Drive. 

 You can help too, and save money at the same time!  Our drivers will collect your canned food donation and give you $3 off your fare.

(Minimum 3 cans/$10 ride)

Please donate from your heart and help provide food for hungry local people.  Please be sure that the cans are not opened, dented or damaged. 

 Westside Food Bank is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 as a project of the Westside Ecumenical Council. The Westside Food Bank's mission is to distribute as much nutritious food as possible to local food assistance charities, and to reduce food waste on the Westside. Over the years they have grown to the point that they now distribute nearly 4 million pounds of food a year to more than 60 social service agencies, thereby sustaining 80,000 of our most vulnerable neighbors--approximately half of them children.
